Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-284
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ERIC L. LOSS, 4615 OAKVIEW LANE: (83020)
WHEREAS, Eric L. Foss has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to locate a 60
ft. amateur radio antenna in excess of R -1A loninq District h(zioht standards at 4515
Oakeview; arid,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Puhlic
Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that .it should and hereby does approve the request of Eric E. Foss to locate
an amateur radio antenna in excess R -1A Zoning District height standards at 4615
Oakview Lane subject to the following conditions:
I. The permit is issued to the petitioner/tenant as operator of the facility and
0 shall riot be transferable.
2. No signage shall be permitted on the tower.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations, and Ordinances and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
4. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the
conditions.

5. Maximum tower height approved is 60 ft., with mastings to a maximum of 20
additional feet.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
