Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION AUTHORI7ING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTn AN AGREEMENT WITH RE SPECT Tn ('nI NTY ROAD F 1
WHEREAS, the City Council has proposed to undertake a public improvement project, for
the improvement of County Road 61 (Project 205); and
WHE.RLAS, certain residents, represented by Mark McCullcuoh, petitioned the Council
for the preparation of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the petitioners through their representative, Mr.
McCullough, have reached an agreement by the terms of which the petitioners will dis-
miss their petition process commenced February 1, 1983, and the City will undertake
certain mitigating measures to reduce the impacts of the project on the petitioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that the agreement negotiated between the City and Mark C. McCullouah, representing
the petitioners with respect to Project 205, he and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed
to execute the agreement. on behalf of the City.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot n favor t ereo : ayoravenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
