Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a repularr meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Ibtn day of May . 1903.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-282
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH
MNDOT FOR TRANSIT SERVICE IN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
BE IT RLSOLVLD that the City of Plymouth enter into Contract li with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, to provide a public transportation
service in the City of Plymouth.
FURTHER RLSOLVLD that the City of Plymouth agrees to provide 100 percent of the total
. deficit of the transit project from local funds paid to the Metropolitan Transit
Taxing District and administered through contractual agreement with the Minnesota
Department of Transportation.
FURTHER RLSOLVLD that authorization to execute the aforementioned Contract and any
amendments thereto is hereby given to the Mayor and the City Manager.
FURTHER RLSOLVED, that the Mayor or the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
request for reimbursement from the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
