Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
au ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-280
FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL OF A PARK AND RIDE LOT
AT THE SOUTHEAST OUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 73
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Hiohway Number 188
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 55 within the corporate limits of the City of
Plymouth, at C.S.A.H. 73; and seeks the approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of
Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. 1 S.P. 2723-71 (55-188) at C.S.A.H. 73;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the
Improvement of said Park and Ride lot within the corporate limits of Plymouth be and
hereby are approved subject to the conditions set forth in Plymouth Resolution No.
83 -
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C uncilmember Moen , and -upon vote being taken thereon, he

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
