HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-279CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of 10 the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of May , 19_U_. The following members were present:Prayor Davenport, Councilmember Moen Neils Schneider The following members were a sent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-279 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED PLYMOUTH CREEK ESTATES ADDITION WHEREAS, the owner of the proposed Plymouth Creek Estates Addition has petitioned the City to construct the public improvements on 34th Avenue and also cul-de-sacs on Lanewood, Minnesota and Niagara Lanes in and adjacent to the proposed Plymouth Creek Estates Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owners of the proposed Plymouth Creek Estates Addition for the stree, watermain and storm sewer improvements as outlined in the petition. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby directed to 10 prepare a study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and the estimated cost of the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Council , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Neils. Schneider and Threinen The following voteR against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
