HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-278Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16thi day of May 19 83 The followin members were present: Davenpor ounce mem er—s—Moen, el s, Schneider & �hreinen The following members were absent. none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-278 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants license has been received from Darlene Wedin, P. 0. Box 832, Wayzata, MN 55391 to sell donuts, pop, and candy at Plymouth parks in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTIi, MINNESOTA, that the application of Darlene Wedin for Peddlers, solicitors, or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring December ;1, 1983. . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thergo :M�ror Davenport, Councilmembers h1oen, Neils. Schneider and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. •t.
