Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of May , 1983 . The following members were
presenia or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Neils, Schneider and Thrpinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
mov!d its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-275
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON THE COMMON LOT LINE OF
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 4, CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Lundgren Bros. Construction Co. has peti-
tioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage
easements:
Lot 7, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota;
The Northeasterly 6 feet of said lot except the North-
easterly 10 feet and the Southeasterly 6 feet thereof
and
Lot 8, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota;
The Southwesterly 6 feet of said lot except the North-
westerly 10 feet and the Southwesterly 6 feet thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of June 6, 1983 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the
time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administra-
tive staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ereo :Magor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
