Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a - meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. M nnesota was old on the

present:Maxor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The following mem5ers were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-274
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 205
COUNTY ROAD 61 (NORTHWEST BLVD.), XENIUM LANE, WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 205; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain property is required; and
WHEREAS, the property is required because of grading, street right-of-way, park
and borrow area for County Road 61; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest
of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City
of Plymouth for the City to acquire said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation proceedings
for Project No. 205 for the following described property:
That part of the Southeast One Quarter of the Northeast One
Quarter of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, lying Westerly
of County Road No. 154, except road, including all of adjacent
33 -foot town road vacated, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adcption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n avor ereo :Mayor Davenport, "nuncilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
