Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
16th day of May , 1983 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, CoWn�ilmembers
The following members were a sent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-270
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 310
REROOFING OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the reroofing of the Water
Treatment Plant, Project 310;
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Dalbec Roofing Co. is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IF HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Dalbec Roofing Co. in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the reroofing of the Water Treatment Plant, Project 310, in
the amount of $25,225.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
sucessful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
3. Funds for the project are authorized from the Water Fund, Account 501-501-810.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
