Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of May , 1983.

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83-267
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE. MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING A LAND CONSOLIDATION, LAND
DIVISION AND VARIANCE FOR WARREN AND KAY CHAPMAN (83018)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved Land Consolidation, Land Division and Variance
for Warren and Kay Chapman for property located south of 26th Avenue North on East
Medicine Lake Boulevard under Resolution No. 83-266;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing and regarding said Land Consolidation, Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 reqardinq minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation and Lot Division
is filed with Hennepin County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot
Consolidation, Lot Division with Hennepin County.
6. Park Dedication requirements shall be payment of Pees -in -lieu of dedication
according to the Park Dedication Polley in effect at the time of filir•q.
7. The two new lots shall riot he further subdivided.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
