Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on -the -16th day of May 1983.

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-266
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION, LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCES FOR WARREN AND KAY CHAPMAN FOR
LOTS 33, 34, AND 35, BLOCK 9, "REARRANGEMENT IN MEDICINF LAKF PARK THIRD DIVISION"

WHEREAS, Warren and Kay Chapman have requested approval for Lot Consolidation, Lot
Division and Variances for property located south of 26th Avenue on Fast Medicine Lake
Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
.MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot Consolidation, Lot Division
and Variances for Warren and Kay Chapman for property located south of 26th Avenue on
East Medicine Lake Boulevard as follows:

Lot 33, Block 8, "Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division, Hennepin
County, Minn." (PIN 25-118-22-12-0038)
Lot 34, Block 8, "Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division, Hennepin
County, Minn." (PIN 25-118-22-12-0039)
Lot 35, Block 8, "Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division, Hennepin
County, Minn." (PIN 25-118-22-12-0040)
To be consolidated and divided Into two new parcels.
Parcel A
Loot 35 and th,it part of Lot 34 lying north of a line ?0 feet northwesterly of as
measured right angles to and parallel with the southeasterly line of said Lot 34,
All in Block 8, "Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division Hennepin Co.
Minn.". Subject to an easement for utility and drainage purposes over and across
the northeasterly and southwesterly 10 feet thereof and the northwesterly and
southeasterly 6 fe^t thereof.

FURTHER, Approved Variances include: Lot width of 62 ft. vs. 110 ft. Ordinance
requirement, and lot sizes of 11,828 sq. ft., and 12,198 sq. ft. vs 18,500 sq. ft.
Ordinance requirement; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Lot Consolidation, Lot Division is approved
is approved by Hennepin County.
