Councilmember Schneider introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-263
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO AND REGARDING FILING OF LOT DIVISION AND
VARIANCES FOR ERWIN STOBBE (83015)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved Lot Division and Variances for Erwin Stobbe
for existing platted lots located at Lots 10 and 11, Block 2, ELMHURST GATEWAY under
Resolution No. 83-262
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to he met
prior to filing of said Lot Division and Variances and issuance of permits:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
3. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing of Lot
Division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division/Variances are filed
with Hennepin County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot
Division/Variances with Hennepin County.
6. No further division of Lots 10 and 11, Block 2 ELMHURST GATEWAY shall be
allowed.
7. Removal of existing basement structure prior to issuance of Building Permits
for Lot 11, Block 2, ELMHURST GATEWAY.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and uppoonn vote being taken t reon, ►`e

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas and adopted.
