Councilmember Schneider introduced the followinq Resolution and proved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-260
APPROVING FOR LOT DIVISION/VARIANCE FOR ROBERT LEOPKE: (83012)
WHERLAS, Robert Leupke has requested approval for a Lot Division and Variances to
divide an existing platted lot into two parcels located west of Dunkirk Lane hetween
12th and 13th Avenues North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Variances and following division
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 3, Block 1, CITY VIEW ACRES, according to the recorded plat, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
To be divided into two new parcels:
PARCEL A: The north 160.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, CITY VIEW ACRES, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subject to an easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under,
across and through the west, south, and east 6.0 feet thereof, and the
north 10.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL B: Lot 3, Block 1, CITY VIEW ACRES, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the north 160.00 feet thereof.
Subject to an easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under,
across and through the North and the east 6.0 feet thereof, and the west
15.0 feet thereof, and the south 10.0 feet thereof.
FURTHER, Approved variances include: Lot sizes of 15,360 sq. ft., and 16,428 sq. ft.
vs. 18,500 sq. ft; and lot width of 96 ft. vs. 110 ft, based on the findinq that the
Code Variance Criteria are met.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen ,,and upon vote being taken t eseon, the
