CounCilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-259
SETTING CONDITIONS REGARDING AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLI-
DATION FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR "CHIPPEWA TRAILS ?.ND ADDITION"

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Division for "Chippewa
Trails 2nd Addition" under Resolution No. 83-258
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following eunditions to be met
prior to filing of said Lot Consolidation/Division:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. The Division/Cons)lidation shall not be filed and recorded until the
existing utility a,id drainage easements are vacated.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
