Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of May . 1983,
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Coun ilmembers"'Moen, Nee l's, —
Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 258
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
"CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION" (83021)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Costruction Company has requested approval for Lot
Division/Consoloidation for property located at 27th Avenue North for existing platted
lots, Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, "Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that they should and hereby do approve the Lot Division/Consolidation for
Lundgren Brothers Construction Company for property at 27th Avenue North as follows:
is EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, "Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition" Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be consolidated and divided as follows:
PROPOSED DIVISION
Parcel A
11 of Lot 7 and the southwesterly 10.00 feet of Lot 8, Block 3, CHIPPEWA TRAILS
2ND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota according to he recorded plat thereof.
Parcel B
Lot 6, dock 3, CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota accordinq
to the recorded plat thereof, except the southwesterly 10.00 feet thereof.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Lot Consolidation/Division is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, th
