Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved ,its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-256
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR KIMBERLY MEADOWS (79062)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Kimberly Meadows located at the southeast corner of County
Road 6 and State Highway No. 101 was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-221;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $75,000.00; arid,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond No. 47-0120-10301-81-2 in the amount of $75,000.00 which was submitted
to guarantee improvements for Kimberly Meadows located at the southeast corner of
County Road 6 and State Highway No. 101, to $10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconeed by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, e
'ollowing voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threi nen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
