the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of May . 1983.

Heider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-255
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FJR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
DAILY PRINTING, INC. (A-780)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Volp Construction Company for Daily Printinq, Ind., located at
the southeast corner of Fernbrook Lane and 23rd Avenue North, was approved under City
Council Resolution No. 78-87; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $20,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMO11TH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 400 LW 5644 in the amount of $20,000.00 which was submitted to quarantee
Improvements for Volp Construction Company for Daily Printinq, Inc., located at the
southeast corner of Fernbrook Lane and 23rd Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�RWncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, tEe
following votedn favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
