HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-254Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rggular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16� day of Mag 1963. The following members were present:yA,r��Pnoort._Councilmembers Moen, ei s, .. ilhe following members were absent:- none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-254 DECLARING FINDIi4G OF NO NEED FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT, RASED UPON THE REVIEW OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET DATED MARCH 7, 1953 FOR "WILLOW MEADOWS", A DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED BY GAR -LAR PROPERTIES (80013) WHEREAS, The City Council approved the RPUD Preliminary Plat/Plan, Conditional Use Permit for Gar -Lar Properties for "Willow Meadows" by Resolution No. 83-95 on February 2?, 1983; and, WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minnesota Environmental Ouality Board Rule #6 MCAR 53.038-22 and the Environmental Review Process, the City of Plymouth, as the Responsible Governmental Unit, submitted an Environmental Assessment Worksheet for the development on March 7, 1983; and, WHEREAS, the 30 -day review comment period expired on April 27, 1983, and all comments and recommendations received from reviewing agencies and other interested parties have been considered; and, WHEREAS, it has been determined that the proposed development does not present a potential for significant environmental effects; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does make a negative declaration on the need for an Environmental Impact Statement for the propose' development known as "Willow Meadows" for Gar -Lar Properties. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen, and upon vote bet taken thereon, the following votedn favor t ereo ayor v port, Councilmembersloen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none - Whereupon the Resolution was deelared duly passed an a opt d sk2_B
