Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of Md . 1983.
The following members were present:Mayor Davenport_, ouncilmembers muen, Ilem,
Schnei er_and_Threinen
TFefollowing members were absent: none
Councilmember _Schneider introduc-gid the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 253
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MR. MARVIN MICHLLTSCH, MICHLITSCH BUILDERS, FOR
JOHN AND MARY WAL.TERS FOR A RESIDENCE AT 1415 KINCSVIFW LANE (83019)
WHEREAS, Mr. Marvin Michlitsch, Michlitsch Builders, for John and Mary Walters, has
requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a
residence at less than the required setback distance from the Ordinary High Water
Elevation per Section 6 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance for property located at 1415
Kingsview Lane; arid,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Conditional (Ise Permit to allow the
construction of a residence at a setback distance of 58 feet from the Ordinary High
Water Elevation, per Section 6 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance on property located at.
1415 Kingsview Lane subject to the following:
1. The permit is subj,ct to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances.
2. The adjustment is consistent with the setback of existing adjacent structures.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moeny and upon vote beintaker thereon, tFe

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adop
