HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-253CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of Md . 1983. The following members were present:Mayor Davenport_, ouncilmembers muen, Ilem, Schnei er_and_Threinen TFefollowing members were absent: none Councilmember _Schneider introduc-gid the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 253 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MR. MARVIN MICHLLTSCH, MICHLITSCH BUILDERS, FOR JOHN AND MARY WAL.TERS FOR A RESIDENCE AT 1415 KINCSVIFW LANE (83019) WHEREAS, Mr. Marvin Michlitsch, Michlitsch Builders, for John and Mary Walters, has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a residence at less than the required setback distance from the Ordinary High Water Elevation per Section 6 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance for property located at 1415 Kingsview Lane; arid, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Conditional (Ise Permit to allow the construction of a residence at a setback distance of 58 feet from the Ordinary High Water Elevation, per Section 6 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance on property located at. 1415 Kingsview Lane subject to the following: 1. The permit is subj,ct to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances. 2. The adjustment is consistent with the setback of existing adjacent structures.
