"NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 3RD ADDITION" (MPUD 81-1) (AOO6?)
WHE.RLAS, Prudential. Life Insurance Company of America, has requested approval of Final
Plan/Plat. of OUt1Ot C "NORTHWEST BUSINLSS CAMPUS" for "Northwest Business Campus 3rd
Addlt.ion" consistinq of one lot and one out.lot located in the northwest quadrant of
Xenium Lane and County Road 61;
NOW, THLRLFORL, BL 1T HLRLBY RESOLVED BY THL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that .it should and hereby does approve the request of Prudential Insurance
Company of America for Final Plan/Plat for "Northwest Business Campus 3rd Addition",
located In the northwest quadrant. of Xenium Lade and County Road 61.
FURTHER, the plat shall he subject to applicable provisions of the executed Development
Contract for the "Northwest Business Campus"
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, lthe
following vote n favor ere;ayor Uavenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
