Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 247
APPROVING
FINAL PLAT, VARIANCE,
AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR JOHN L. HENNING FOR
"HLNNINC,S
FIRST
ADDITION" (79036)
WHLREAS,
John
L. Henning has requested approval of a Final Plat and Varianrr' for
"Hennings
1 -first
Addition", a plat
for nine single family lots and three outlots Eoc.1ted
in Section 35,
north and south of
County Road 15; arid,
WHE.RE.AS,
the Planninq
Commission
has reviewed said request and recommends approval;

WHLREAS,
City
staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to
said
plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T HLREHY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby d;;es approve the request of John L. Henning for
Final Plat and Variance for "Hennings First Addition", a plat for nine single family
lots and three outlots located in Section 35, north and south of County Road 15;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat he approved and that the Mayor and
the City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Poen, and upon vote being taken t:f her
