Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of ";he City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
May , 1983. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
rnn r s Moen Neils, Schneider and Threineq -The following members were
absent: - none
-nuRcilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83-245
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
37TH AVENUE - WEST MEDICINE LAKE: DRIVE TO ROSEWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Engineer that for the safety of the
public No Parking signs should be placed on 37th Avenue from West Medicine Lake
Drive to Rosewood Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that No Parking signs shall be placed on both sides of 37th
Avenue from West Medicine Lake Drive to Rosewood Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
r Moen , and upon vote being tilt thereo the
