CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re u�lar� meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota vias held on the 2nd day of

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved iys
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-244
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PR03LCT NO. 002-001
VICKSBURG LANE TO WESTON LANE.
STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on May 2, 1983 the City Cler;. was
directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the storm sewer from Vickshurn
Lane to Weston Lane and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 6th day of June, 1983 in the City Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth,
Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will
be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost
of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be qiven to
the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils . , and upon vote being taken there, th
