Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was. heId on the 2nd day of
May , 1983. The following members were present Davenport,

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-243
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO RE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 002-001
VICKSBURG LANE TO WESTON LANE.
STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, the City has ordered the construction of a storm sewer. between Weston
Lane and Vicksburg Lane and all. necessary appurtenances, and the estimated cost
for such improvement is $12,395.00 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred
In the making of said improvement amount to $2,479.00, so the total cost of the
improvement will be $14,874.00, and of this cost the City will pay 51?,874.00 as
its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
so be $2,000.00.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such Improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk
sh6li file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City
Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
