The following members were present: Ma or avenport, �tbers Moen. tWils, Schneider and Threinen The following mesibers were absent: none —" introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION 140. 93-242 APPROVING PLAIDS AND SPICIFICATIONS AND ORDERING AI)VFRTISFMFNT FOR RIOS PROJECT NO. 123 AND 205 POND BC -P11 AND COUNTY ROAD 61/XE.Ntl)M LANE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City Council on February 22, 1983, the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., has prepared plans and specifications for the installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and qutter, storm sewer, watermain lateral and trunk facil- ities, sarrltary sewer lateral and trunk facilities and all necessary anpurte- nances alonq County Road 61 (Northwest Blvd.) from XenIum Lane to County Road 9, Xenium lane from Campus Drive to a point 500 feet north of 34th Avenue, West Medicine Lake Drive from County Road 61 (County Road 154) south 1600' MOL; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted by the City Council on May 17, 1982, the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications with respect to Plymouth Creek Improvements, Pond BC-P11c lying east of County Road 61, south of 30th Avenue and north of 29th Avenue; the proposed project includes the Installation of storm sewer ponding areas, outlet control structure, channel cleanout and all necessary appurte- nances; and NOW, THERE FORE , BE IT HEREBY RI SOLVED BY THE CITY COIINC I l OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which 15 att.,ched hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted In the official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the makinq of such Improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall he published for two days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will he received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 1983 at which time they will he publicly opened In the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager or his authorized representative and that no bids will he considered unless sealed and flied with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such hid.
