Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of

RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDFRIFW. PR07ECT
STRE_LT LIGHTING - OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION, FOX GLEtt 319D ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 1, 191;3, reports
have been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the Improvement of the
Oxbow Ridge Addition and Fox Glen Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and these reports were received by the Council on May
2, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORL, HE IT ' IREHY RESOLVED BY TNF CITY COUttCIL OF THE CITY of
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were siqned by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the Improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed In the Council resolutions
10 adopted May 2, 1983. The petitioners have waived their rinht to a puhllr
hearing.
3. The City Engineer Is hereby as the engineer for these Improve -
merits. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
