Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
Ma, 1983. The following ,ambers were present�ayor Davenport,
Councimem ers"Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen. The follow ng members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-239
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - WEST MEDICINE. LAKE TERRACE. 1ST AND 2ND ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 2, 1983, reports
have been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the
West. Medicine Lake Terrace 1st and 2nd Addition by the installation of orna-
mental residential street lights and these reports were received by the Council
on May 2, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted May 2, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve -
merits. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wrlght-
Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereo the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
