The followsm ,er$ were present: pr Davenport. 5nc ui me ers oen, Neils, Schneider Threinen a following members were absent: none wtt # _(' unr.J1 ils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-238 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Richard Deziel requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Oxbow Ridge Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Oxbow Ridge Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on May 2, 1983, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assesment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other Improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ..GQ1JIIlmember MOen, and upon vote being taken thereo the follllowinng—vo—tecdd n favor t ereof: Mayor Davenport, CouncilmembDers` oen, Neils, i Schneider and Threipen.
