Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-236
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE 1ST AND 2ND ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from R T Land Company requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the West Medicine
Terrace 1st and 2nd Additions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the West Medicine Terrace
1st and 2nd Additions by the installation of residential ornamental street
lighting, filed with the City Council on May 2, 1983, is hereby declared to
be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes
Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assesment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
Improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Gouncilmember_M_oen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schppjdpr and Threinen
