HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-234CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgaujg meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 211d day of 1983. The followiTng memoers were absent: #ter tom# Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 83-234 REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR WATERMAIN OVERSIZING DEERHAVEN 2ND ADDITION (81011) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Lowry Hill Construction Company have entered into a development contract, dated January 25, 1982 for the development of Deerhaven 2nd ADdition; and WHEREAS, as part of this development the developer was required to place a 12" watermain in lieu of an 8" watermain in order to conform with the City of Plymouth overall water distribution map; and WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for the difference between an 8" and a 12" main; and WHEREAS, this amounts to $13,189.78; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE. CITN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the developer, Lowry Hill Construction Company, is to be reimbursed in the amount of $13,189.78 for watermain oversizinq equivalent to 1512 feet along 57th Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds be allocated from the Utility Trunk Fund.
