APPROVING VARIANCES FROM SUBDIVISION CODE AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT POLICY FOR LISA GRAM
GUSTAFSON FOR STAN KOCH TO PERMIT A PROPERTY CONSOLIDATION AND DIVISION AND ISSIIANCF OF
BUILDING PERMITS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF HOLLY LANE AND THE SOO LINE RAILROAD

WHEREAS, Lisa Gram Gustafson for Stan Koch has requested variances from the Subdivision
Code and Urban Development Policy to allow the consolidation and division of four
unplatted parcels by metes and bounds description, and issuance of Buildinq Permits for
three single-family lots in the Rural Service Area located northwest of Holly Lane and
the Soo Line Railroad; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council offered direction for dividinq the subject property in
response to a Applies -ion No. 79039 on September 22, 1980; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve variances from the Subdivision Code
and Urban Development Policy for Lisa Gram Gustafson for Stan Koch to allow the
consolidation and division of four unplatted parcels by metes and bounds description,
and issuance of Building Permits for three single-family lots in an unserviced area
located northwest of Holly Lane and the Soo Line Railroad as follows:

PARCEL A: The East 322.08 feet, as measured at right angles to the west line of the
77 west Quarter of Section 8, Township 118, North, Range 22 west, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, of the West 672.00 feet, as measured at right angles to said west line of
the Northwest Quarter, except the South 1946.51 feet, as measured at right angles to
the south line of said Northwest Quarter, of the West Half of said Northwest Ouarter.
This tract contains 5.577 acres of land.
PARCEL B: The North 199.97 feet, as measured at right angles to the south line of the
ILrt est Quarter of Section 8, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, Hennepn County,
Minnesota, of the South 1946.51 feet, as measured at right angles to said south line of
the Northwest Quarter, of the East 487.60 feet, as measured at right angles to the west
line of said Northwest Quarter, of the West 672.00 feet, as measured at riqht anqles to
said west Line of the Northwest Quarter of the West Half of said Northwest Ouarter
