Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of May . 1983.
The following members were present: Mavnr-Da vennnrt._Councilmgjpbers Moen, Neils,
e following members were absent: none
Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 228
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DFVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 6TH ADDITION FOR
ROBERT MIDDLEMIST (81041)
WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Robert
Middlemist 6th Addition", a plat for twenty-six attached dwelling units In thirteen
buildings located in the northeast corner of 7achary Lane and County Road 9 and a
Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends it approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Robert Middlemist for
Final Plat approval of "Robert Middlemist 6th Addition" a plat for twenty-six attached
dwelling units in thirteen buildings located in the northeast corner of 7achary Lane
and County Road 9;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
