Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wa---shield o the 2nd day of
May , 1983. The following members were present: M_ay,oyur Davenport,
Counci111embers_ en,__Nei1s, Schneider and Threinen. The follower members were
absent: none
�oucilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-227
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WESTON LANE TO VICKSBURG LANE, STORM SEWER - PROSECT NO. 002-001
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-186 of the City Council, adopted the 4th day of
April 1983, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to storm sewer
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of storm sewer and all
necessary appurtenances along the common lot line between 1500 and 1506 Weston
Lane; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 2nd
day of May, 1983, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted April 11, 1983.
2. Strgar-Roscoe, Inc., is hereby designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
