The following Memberrss were preen : _-emb rs Moen s Schneider A Threinen The following rs were • sent:_ nnnp Councilmombeg c_chneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-223 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR CHARLES ASHBECK AND ROBERT GUTH WHEREAS, Charles Ashbeck and Robert Guth have submitted an application for an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to operate The Colony Liquor Store, 15705 35th Ave., Plymouth, MN 55441; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 2, 1983 with regard to said application in accordance with Chapter III, Section 4.11 and Section 4.14 of the City Code; NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that subject to the approval of the State Liquor Control Commissioner, an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License is hereby granted to Charles Ashbeck and Robert Guth to operate their business, known as The Colony Liquor Store. at 15705 35th Ave., Plymouth, Minnesota subject to their providing the following documents to the City Clerk: 1. Verification that back taxes are paid, to include interest and penalties, amounting to $19,115.18 2. Verification that the retail Federal Liquor Tax Stamp has been paid 3. Verification that the First Bank Plymouth will supply the total loan of $390,000. Any alternative financing will have to be further reviewed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by r Moen . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereofT Mayor Davenport, Counc'lmembers Moen, The following vo against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
