HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-222CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of April , 1983. The following members were present:Mayor Davengort. Schneider & Threinen . The follow ng members were absent: nnnP Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 222 ORDERING PROJECT NO. 321 MISSION HILLS PARK 6TH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the Developer of Mission Hills Park 6th Addition has petitioned the City to construct watermains, sanitary sewer, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances within said addition; and WHEREAS, the developer and owner have waived their riqht to a public improvement hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the develop- ment contract for Mission Hills Park 6th Addition. The peti- tioner has waived his right to a public hearing. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the makinq of such improvement.
