HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-221CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hem on the 25th day of Agrilr, 1983. The following members were present:lavor DaXenoort, Cnuncilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & Threinen. The follow�nq members were absent: __-- - none Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-221 ORDERING PROJECT NO. 304 41ST AVENUE, MISSION HILLS PARK 6TH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 10, 1983, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of 41st Avenue, Mission Hills Park 6th Addition, by the construction of watermains, storm sewer, streets and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on March 7, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF PLYMOUTH: . 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed In the Council Resolution adopted January 10, 1983. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderiik and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such Improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Wuggilloem,�gr Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, e o lowing voted aga nst orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptR.
