Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spgcial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of
April, 1983. The following members were present:MgXo.r Davenprot,
Schneider & Threinen. The following members were

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-220
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
MISSION HILLS PARK 6TH ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 321
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Mission Hills Park
6th Partnership, the owner of Mills Hills Park 6th Addition.
2. The petition is hereby received and placed on file.
3. The petitioner shall do all necessary site grading, includinq
. the street right-of-way.
4. The petitioner has waived their rights to a public improvement
and special assessment hearings on this improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following vot n avor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
