Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theMt. day of April . 1983,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following_ Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-216
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "HIIMPHRFY
ESTATES" FOR LEONARD SWEDLUND ET AL. (82024)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Humphrey Estates" as requested by Leonard Sredlund et al.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the followinq to be met prior to
recording and regarding said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
i2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedlcatlon In accordance with city
Policy in effect at the time of filinq the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits shall be Issued until municipal sewer and water are
physically available to the sites.
4. Submittal of required utility and drinage easements as approved by the pity
Engineer prior to filinq of the Final Plat.
5. No Building Permits to be Issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
