Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special Meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the � day of April . 1983.

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption!
RESOLUTION NO. 83-215
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "HUMPHREY ESTATFS" FOR LFnNARD
SWEDLUND ET AL. (82024)
WHEREAS, Leonard Swedlund et al., have requested approval of the Final Plat for
"Humphrey Estates", a plat for nineteen lots, at the southeast quadrant of Pineview
Lane and future County Road 15 (6th Avenue North), and a Development Contract
therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
and
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract coverinq the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Leonard Swedlund, et
al., for Final Plat approval of "Humphrey Estates" a plat for nineteen lots, at the
southeast quadrant of Pineview Lane and future County Road 15 (6th Avenue North);
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat he approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on hehalf of the City.
The Motion for adoption of the foregoinq Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote beina taken thereon, t e
