Cglinrilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-210
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING RPUD FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR TIPTON
CORPORATION FOR "PLYMOUTH CREEK 2ND ADDITION" (79006)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the RPUD Final Plat and development Contract for
"Plymouth Creek 2nd Addition" as requested by Tipton Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the foliowino prior to filino and
regarding said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of -dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat subject to a S2,222.00
. credit from "Plymouth Creek 1st Addition".
3. No Buildinq Permits shall be issued until the City has awarded a Contract for
the construction of municipal sewer and water.
4. Removal of all dead or dyinq trees from the property at the owner's expense.
5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 reqardinq minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisons adjacent to or contalnino any open storm
water drainage facility.
6. Yard setbacks shall be per approved typical lot layout dated April 13, 1983.
7. Submittal of required site performance agreement and Quarantee to assure
completion of approved site Improvements.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
