RESOLUTION NO. 83-209
APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAN/PLAT FOR TIPTON CORPORATION FOR "PLVMo(JTH CREFI< 2ND ADDITION"
(RPUD 80-1) (79006)
WHEREAS, Tipton Corporation has requested approval of an RPUD Final Plan/Plat
for "Plymouth Creek 2nd Addition" (RPUD 80-1) consisting of 42 townhouse units to be
located in the southeast quadrant of Vicksburq Lane and County Road 9 and a Development
Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this request and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Tipton Corpration for
RPUD Final Plan/Plat for "Plymouth Creek 2nd Addition" (RPUD 80-1) consisting of 42
townhouse units to be located in the southeast quadrant of Vicksburq Lane and County
. Road 9;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat he approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
