Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a geaular _ meeting of the City Concil of

n ilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-207
SETTING CONDITIONS TO RE MLT PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR GONYEA
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR "GONYEA THIRD ADDITION" (A-223)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Gonyea Third Addition as requested by Gonyea Development Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing and
recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
0 2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the
construction of municipal sewer and water.
4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
