The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. ouncilmemli�rs Een,_ei S� , Srhneidor and Threinen-th e ToJLlowLng members were absent: none ' CnIllarilmember Moen introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its a t on: RESOLUTION NO. 83-206 APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GONYEA THIRD ADDITION FOR GONYFA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (A-223) WHEREAS, Gonyea Development Company has requested approval of the Final Plat for Gonyea Third Addition, a plat for 20 single family residential lots in the northeast quadrant of Zachary Lane and 36th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 79-479 and 79-480 approving the final plat for Gonyea Second Addition; and, WHEREAS, the Development Contract was not executed and the development did not proceed . and the petitioner has submitted a Final Plat for Gonyea Third Addition; and, WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements rela'ed to said plat; NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PtYM(XITH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Gonyea Development Company for Final Plat approval for "Gonyea's Third Addition" a plat for 20 single family residential lots; FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City; and, FURTHER, that Resolution Numbers 79-479 and 79-480 are herehy rescinded. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coyncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken t ereon, t e rollowing voted n favor thereof: flavor Davenport, Councilmeribers Koen, Neils, and Threinen erollowing voted against or a ata : Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly t dsk2
