the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of Agri' 1963.

Loyncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-204
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATIONS FOR R -T LAND COMPANY (8000A)
WHEREAS, B -T Land Company has requested consolidation of 5 outlots within "Medicine
Lake Terrace 2nd Addition" with parcels to the north;
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY Of PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidations and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the consolidations are approved by Hennepin County.
Parcel 1.
O tlot A, WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE 2ND ADDITION, ALSO
Tract G, Registered Land Survey No. 466 except the East 180.00 feet of said Tract
G.
To be consolidated .into a single new parcel.

To be consolidated into a single new parcel.

To be consolidated into a single new parcel.

from the most easterly corner of Tract C in said Registered Land Survey.
To be consolidated into a single new parcel.
