Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-201
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION AND
EXPENDITURE OF $25,000 FOR MISCELLANEOUS PARK SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Improvements Program
which calls for the expenditure of $25,000 on miscellaneous parks system
improvements, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has found these projects to be in order and conformance
with City specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized to transfer $25,000
from Revenue Sharing Account (203-203-965) to the Park Dedication Account
(219-219-501) to be expended for Capital Improvements to the park system.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coyncilmemberi s , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
