Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s t�ial� meetinq of the City Council of

RESOLUTION ADOPTING A POLICY RELATING TO REIMBURSEMENT OF
ORDINARY EXPENSES TO CITY COUNCIL, COMMISSION AND BGARD MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to clarify its position with reqard to reimburse-
ment of ordinary expenses to City Council, Commission and Board Members; and
WHEREAS, on April 11, 1983 the "Policy Relating to Reimbursement of Ordinary Expenses
to City Council, Commission and Board Members" was submitted for City Council consid-
eration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this policy is in accordance with the City
Council's position on this matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does adopt a "Policy Relating to Reimbursement of Ordinary
Expenses to City Council, Commission and Board Members" dated April 11, 1983; and
further that this policy shall be incorporated in the City Council Policy Manual by
the City Clerk.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
