Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City Council of

Councilmember Neils _introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 196
RESOLUTION APPROVING POLICY CONCERNING REVIEW OF
LOANS-TO-LFNDERS FINANCING RFOIIFSTS
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated April 1, 1983 has recommended a policy
concerning the review of Loans -to -Lenders financina requests; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said report from the City Manaaer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the policy concerning review of Loans -to -
Lenders financing requests as submitted to this Council by the City Manager in his
memo dated April 1, 1983, be and the same is hereby approved.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the'
