Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ��soacial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heldon the
11th day of April , 1983 . The following members

Countilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 194
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor License has been received from Kathy LaBerge on behalf of St.
Mary of the Lake Church, 105 N. Forestview Lane, pursuant to Chapter
III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the St. Mary
of the Lake Parish "Fun and Games Night" on April 16, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the
10 application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor License is hereby approved for Kathy LaBerge representing St.
Mary of the Lake Church, 105 N. Forestview Lane for April 16, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o ncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils.
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
