Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �snPr7r� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesot was held on the
11th day of April , 19 �3 . The following members
were present:Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, iFeeils and Threinen
The following members were absent:_ Councilmember Schnei er
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-193
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from David B. Eide, Route 1, Box 306, St. Michael, Minnesota
55376 for the distribution of flyers door-to-door in accordance with Chapter
III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and approved by the Public Safety
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of David B. Eide for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
