HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-192CITY" Of `Pt1tMl�1'fH' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a T rp ri,l meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was h-eTd-on the 11 day of April , 19 83, The following members were present:�Qr Davenport, ounce mem ers Moen; Reils and Threinen The following members were absent: CounciImember Schneider w:• war* ' o ncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-192 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been received from Thomas C. McBride, 82212 N. Irwin St., Green Bay, Wisconsin 54305, for the sale of frozen seafood and fish in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and approved by the Public Safety Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Thomas C. McBride for Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring December 31, 1983. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by o ncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,_ i and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. tt*
